Sulaski & Tinsley, by client referral, was asked to plan and entitle a mixed-use master planned community designed in the European romantic medieval period based on Rothenberg ob der Taber, Germany, Bruges, Belgium, and Sintra, Spain. The new community will be built on 300-acres in the Village of Salado, north of Austin, TX and include a music venue, boutique hotels, restaurants, retail shops, Class A offices, senior living facilities, multi-family homes and over 500 single family homes.
